DevOps Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง บริหารจัดการ และดูแลระบบ Infrastructure บน On-Premise และ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) รวมถึงระบบ Hybrid Cloud

• ดูแล Linux Server, Container และ Kubernetes Infrastructure ครอบคลุม Docker, Docker Swarm, RKE2, Rancher และ GKE

• บริหารจัดการ Hybrid Cloud Connectivity และ Network Infrastructure ระหว่าง On-Premise และ GCP รวมถึง VPN และ Cloud Router

• ออกแบบและพัฒนา CI/CD Pipeline และ Automation เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดกระบวนการทำงานแบบ Manual

• บริหารจัดการ Application Deployment ตั้งแต่ Development ถึง Production รวมถึง Environment และ Configuration Management

• ดูแลและปรับปรุง Infrastructure as Code (IaC) และ Deployment Automation

• ดูแลระบบ Monitoring, Logging, Alerting และ Observability สำหรับ Infrastructure และ Application พร้อมวิเคราะห์ Metrics, Logs และ Traces เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา

• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา Infrastructure, Network, Application และ Production Incident รวมถึงจัดทำ Root Cause Analysis

• ดูแลด้าน Security Infrastructure ได้แก่ IAM, Secrets และ Certificate Management ให้เป็นไปตาม Security และ Compliance Requirements

• สนับสนุนการออกแบบและปรับปรุง High Availability, Reliability, Scalability และ Disaster Recovery ของระบบ

• จัดทำและดูแล Technical Documentation, Runbook และ Operational Procedure

• ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Development, QA, Compliance, Network และ Infrastructure เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาและให้บริการระบบอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Required

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขา Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน DevOps, Cloud หรือ Infrastructure อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี

• มีประสบการณ์ดูแล Linux Server และ Container Platform

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน CI/CD และ Deployment Automation

• มีความรู้ความเข้าใจด้าน Network และ Infrastructure Troubleshooting

• สามารถเขียน Shell Script หรือ Automation Script ได้

• มีความเข้าใจ Git และ Git-based Workflow

• สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไข Production Incident ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ

• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา การสื่อสาร และการทำงานร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Preferred

• มีประสบการณ์ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) เช่น Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, VPC และ IAM

• มีประสบการณ์ Kubernetes, GKE, RKE2 หรือ Rancher

• มีประสบการณ์ Terraform / Infrastructure as Code

• มีประสบการณ์ Docker Swarm

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions หรือ ArgoCD / GitOps

• มีประสบการณ์ Helm

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Prometheus, Grafana หรือ Observability Platform
