- ดูแลและบริหารจัดการ Server, Cloud Infrastructure และระบบ Infrastructure ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตั้ง กำหนดค่า และดูแล Operating System, Network และ Application Infrastructure
- ตรวจสอบสถานะและประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของ Server และ Infrastructure อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน Infrastructure และ System พร้อมหาสาเหตุของปัญหา
- วางแผน Capacity Planning เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวและปริมาณการใช้งานของระบบ
- ออกแบบและดูแลกระบวนการ CI/CD สำหรับการพัฒนาและ Deploy Software
- จัดทำและปรับปรุง Deployment Pipeline ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและลดขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ซ้ำซ้อน
- ดูแลกระบวนการ Build, Release และ Deployment ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- สนับสนุนทีม Developer ในการนำ Software ขึ้น Development, UAT และ Production Environment
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุง Automation และ Script สำหรับงาน Deploy, Monitoring, Backup และ System Administration
- พัฒนาและดูแล Infrastructure as Code (IaC) เพื่อให้การจัดการระบบมีมาตรฐานและสามารถทำซ้ำได้
- จัดทำและดูแลระบบ Monitoring และ Alert สำหรับ Server, Infrastructure และ Application
- ดูแลด้าน Security, Access Control, Patch และ Update ของ Server และ Software ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลระบบ Backup, Disaster Recovery และการกู้คืนระบบ พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลสำรอง
- จัดทำ Documentation, Configuration และ Runbook รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษาด้าน Infrastructure และ Deployment แก่ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
