มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สามารถคิด Content, Hook และนำเสนอไอเดียใหม่ ๆ ได้
มีความรับผิดชอบ บริหารจัดการงานตามกำหนดเวลา และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
