Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid / Full-time)

Role Overview

รับผิดชอบดูแลช่องทาง Digital Marketing และ Online Platform ของบริษัทให้เป็นไปตาม Marketing Strategy ตั้งแต่การบริหาร Social Media, Website, Content Calendar, Campaign Execution และการประสานงานกับ Graphic / Content Outsource

ตำแหน่งนี้เน้นการดูแลภาพรวมและ Execution ของช่องทางออนไลน์ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่ม Brand Awareness, Engagement, Website Traffic และสนับสนุนการสร้าง Demand ให้กับธุรกิจ

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Platform Management

●     ดูแล Online Platform ของบริษัท เช่น Facebook, LinkedIn, Website, YouTube และช่องทางอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

●     ดูแลข้อมูลบริษัท Product และ Marketing Communication ในทุกช่องทางให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน

●     ลงและ Schedule Content ตาม Content Calendar

●     ตรวจสอบ Link, CTA, Caption และรายละเอียดก่อน Publish

●     Monitor Performance ของแต่ละ Platform

●     ดูแล Brand Consistency ในทุกช่องทางออนไลน์

2. Content Management

●     ดูแล Weekly / Monthly Content Calendar

●     ประสานงานกับ Content Writer, Graphic Designer และ Outsource

●     จัดทำ Content Brief ตาม Direction จาก Marketing Manager

●     ตรวจสอบ Artwork, Copy และ Content ก่อนเผยแพร่

●     Adapt / Repurpose Content ให้เหมาะกับแต่ละ Platform

●     ดูแล Blog, Case Study, Product Content, Event Content และ Corporate Content

●     จัดเก็บ Marketing Assets และ Source Files อย่างเป็นระบบ

3. Website & Digital Content

●     ดูแลและอัปเดต Content บน Website

●     ประสานงานกับ Web Developer หรือ Agency

●     ดูแล Landing Page สำหรับ Campaign

●     ตรวจสอบ Website Content, CTA และ Form ให้พร้อมใช้งาน

●     ดูแล Blog, Product Page, Case Study และ Event Page

●     Monitor Website Traffic และ Content Performance

4. Digital Campaign Execution

●     สนับสนุนและดำเนิน Online Campaign ตาม Marketing Plan

●     ประสานการผลิต Artwork, Video, Landing Page และ Digital Asset

●     ตรวจสอบ Campaign Timeline และ Deliverables

●     Monitor Campaign Performance เบื้องต้น

●     สรุป Insight และผลลัพธ์ให้ Marketing Manager

5. Social Media & Community Management

●     Monitor Comment, Inbox และ Interaction บน Social Media

●     ตอบคำถามทั่วไปตาม Guideline ของบริษัท

●     Forward Customer Inquiry หรือ Sales Inquiry ให้ Sales & Marketing Coordinator

●     Monitor Feedback และ Trend ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Brand

●     รวบรวม Insight จาก Social Media เพื่อใช้พัฒนา Content

6. Digital Performance Reporting

●     จัดทำ Weekly / Monthly Digital Marketing Report

●     Monitor Metric เช่น:

○     Reach

○     Impression

○     Engagement

○     Website Traffic

○     Content Performance

○     Follower Growth

○     Campaign Performance

●     วิเคราะห์ Content / Platform ที่มี Performance ดี

●     เสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง Content และ Online Channel

7. Agency & Outsource Coordination

●     ประสานงานกับ Graphic, Content, Video, Website และ Digital Agency

●     ส่ง Brief และ Follow-up Timeline

●     ตรวจสอบงานเบื้องต้นก่อนส่ง Marketing Manager Approve

●     ดูแล Revision และ Deliverables

●     ช่วยบริหารงานให้เป็นไปตาม Timeline และ Marketing Plan
