Digital Strategy & Campaign Management: วางกลยุทธ์และบริหารแคมเปญการตลาดดิจิทัลทั้ง Paid & Organic Media เพื่อสร้าง Brand Awareness, Engagement และเป้าหมายในเรื่องยอดขาย ให้ตอบโจทย์เป้าหมายธุรกิจ
Performance Marketing & Ads Optimization: วางแผน บริหารงบประมาณ และยิงโฆษณาผ่าน Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ads พร้อมทำ A/B Testing และปรับแต่งแคมเปญ (Optimize) เพื่อให้ได้ CPL/CPA ที่ดีที่สุด
Data Analytics & Reporting: ติดตามผลและวิเคราะห์ Performance แคมเปญผ่าน Google Analytics (GA4) และ Dashboard ต่างๆ เพื่อนำ Insights มาสรุปเป็นรายงานเชิงกลยุทธ์เสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
Lead Generation Strategy: วางระบบ Funnel ดึงดูดและเปลี่ยนผู้เข้าชมให้เป็นลูกค้า (Leads) เพื่อส่งต่อข้อมูลคุณภาพให้กับทีม Sales ในการปิดการขายสินค้าเครื่อง POS และ Smart Hardware
Cross-Team Collaboration: ประสานงานและบรีฟทีม Creative / Graphic Designer / Content ในการผลิตสื่อโฆษณา Visual และ Video ให้ตอบโจทย์และตรงใจกลุ่มเป้าหมายในแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม
Trend & Competitor Research: ติดตามเทรนด์ Social Media, พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค, AI Tools/MarTech ใหม่ๆ และวิเคราะห์คู่แข่งเพื่อปรับแผนการตลาดให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ
