Distribution and Logistic Officer

วัตถุประสงค์และภาพรวมของตำแหน่ง / OBJECTIVES & POSITION OVERVIEW:

รับผิดชอบในการจัดเตรียมเอกสารสินค้าการส่งสินค้า วางแผนการจัดส่งสินค้าเพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าที่ต้องการได้ตรงเวลา รับผิดชอบประสานงานส่งสินค้าส่งออก ค่าใช้จ่ายและจัดเตรียมเอกสารสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้ได้สินค้าตามกำหนด

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- รับผิดชอบการออกเอกสารจากระบบ ในการจัดเตรียมสินค้าให้ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า

- วางแผนควบคุมการจัดเตรียมสินค้าและรถขนส่งสินค้าให้ได้ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ

- แก้ไขปัญหาการขนส่งและประสานงานทางด้านการจัดส่งกับแผนกต่างๆและพนักงานจัดส่งสินค้า

- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆโดยเฉพาะฝ่าย ประสานงานขาย และฝ่ายขาย

-  เบิกสินค้าจากคลังอันตราย เพื่อดำเนินการผลิตและจัดส่ง

คุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ / SPECIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND:

• เพศหญิงหรือชาย จบการศึกษาจบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
• สามารถอ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ โปรแกรม Microsoft และระบบ SAP
• มีความรู้ประสบการ์ณเรื่อง Logistics และการจัดส่งสินค้าอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีความรู้ประสบการ์ณเกี่ยวกับการส่งออกสินค้าและงานคลังสินค้า

About the role

Responsible for preparing shipping documents, and planning goods delivery to ensure customers receive desired items on time. Responsible for coordinating export shipments, planning goods delivery costs, and preparing related documents to ensure goods are delivered as scheduled.

Key responsibilities

• Issue documents from the system to prepare goods for the warehouse department

• Plan and control goods preparation and transport vehicles according to customer requirements

• Resolve shipping problems and coordinate delivery with various departments and shipping staff

• Coordinate with other units, particularly sales coordination and sales departments

• Withdraw goods from the hazardous warehouse for production and delivery operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Able to read and write English will be advantage
• Able to use computer and Microsoft programs
• Knowledge and experience with SAP system
• Knowledge and experience in Logistics and goods delivery for at least 2 years
• Knowledge and experience working in a warehouse
