What they need
รายละเอียดงาน
- ดูแลและประสานงานคำสั่งซื้อ (Order) ส่งมอบสินค้าให้ King Power อย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
- ประสานงานกับ King Power, Shipping และแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Import / บัญชี/ Marketing)
- ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมหน้าร้าน Duty Free ที่สนามบิน ติดตามยอดขาย และเก็บข้อมูล
- บริหารจัดการและดูแลพนักงานขายหน้าร้าน เช่น สอนงาน จัดตารางงาน ควบคุมกฎระเบียบ และติดตามปัญหาหน้าร้าน
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย สรุปข้อมูลค่าจ้าง/Incentive ของพนักงานขายหน้าร้านส่งฝ่ายบัญชี และ ผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี (หากเคยผ่านงาน Sales Coordinator, Retail หรือ Duty Free จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ทักษะภาษา: ภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี (สื่อสาร/ประสานงานได้)
- ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์: ใช้ MS Office (Excel, Word) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า มีภาวะผู้นำ ซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
