What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1.วางแผน ควบคุม และกำกับดูแลการติดตั้ง ตรวจสอบ บำรุงรักษา และซ่อมแซมระบบวิศวกรรมต่างๆ ภายในอาคาร
2.ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด และพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
3.จัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance - PM) และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance - CM) สำหรับระบบอาคาร
4.ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา, ผู้ผลิต, และ Supplier ในการติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง หรือซ่อมบำรุงระบบอาคารขนาดใหญ่
คุณสมบัติ
1.วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, เครื่องกล
2.มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารงานบำรุงรักษาระบบวิศวกรรมอาคาร (Building Systems) อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
**3.**สามารถจัดทำและบริหารแผน Preventive Maintenance (PM) และ Corrective Maintenance (CM) ได้
4.จำเป็นต้องมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.)
