What they need
1. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
อ่านแบบก่อสร้างเบื้องต้น ถอดแบบ และประมาณปริมาณวัสดุ เช่น ปูน เหล็ก ทราย อิฐ
ขอใบเสนอราคา จัดทำตารางเปรียบเทียบราคา และประเมินราคาวัสดุเบื้องต้น
จัดทำ ตรวจสอบ และจัดเก็บเอกสาร เช่น ใบเสนอราคา ใบสั่งซื้อ ใบเบิกวัสดุ
ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา ผู้ขายวัสดุ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้างาน และรายงานปัญหาที่พบต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
2. คุณสมบัติ
- ชาย/หญิง วุฒิ ปวส. หรือ ป.ตรี สาขาโยธา ก่อสร้าง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานก่อสร้างหรือประมาณราคาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- อ่านแบบก่อสร้างได้ ถอดแบบและประมาณปริมาณวัสดุเบื้องต้นได้
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel และ Word ได้ดี
- ละเอียด รอบคอบ ประสานงานเก่ง และออกหน้างานได้
- ใช้ AutoCAD ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
