What they need
Primary Responsibilities:
- สนับสนุนและดำเนินงานโครงการ Community ที่บริษัทเป็นผู้บริหารจัดการ ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจ
- ดูแลและบริหารเครื่องมือ รวมถึงทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ ของ Community เพื่อให้ ABO สามารถนำไปใช้ในการดำเนินงานของ Community ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- สนับสนุนการวางแผน ประสานงาน และดำเนินโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น A Life Community, A Troop และโครงการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของ ABO อื่น ๆ
- ติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการ พร้อมรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะและนำเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุง
- ดูแลงานด้านธุรการ และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินกิจกรรมและโครงการของ Community เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
Qualifications:
- จบการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
- มีทักษะการวางแผน การประสานงาน และบริหารจัดการงานหลายด้านได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ปรับตัวได้ดี และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)ได้ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานในวันหยุด (เสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์) ได้ ตามความจำเป็นของงาน
