- จัดทำ HEALTH CERTIFICATE กับกรมปศุสัตว์ คีย์ข้อมูลลงแบบฟอร์มตามประเทศที่ส่งออก และ รวบรวมเอกสารประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อยื่นกับกรมปศุสัตว์
- จัดทำ HEALTH CERTIFICATE กับกรมกรมประมง คีย์ข้อมูลลงแบบฟอร์มตามประเทศที่ส่งออก และ รวบรวมเอกสารประกอบที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อยื่นกับกรมประมง
- จัดทำ FORM หอการค้า
- จัดทำเรื่องเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายค่า BL และ ค่าธรรมเนียมกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำสรุปค่าใช้จ่าย และงานอื่นๆที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี สายงาน LOGISTICS หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ เนื่องจากเป็นงานเกี่ยวกับใบอนุญาต จะต้องถูกต้อง 100%
- ชอบทำงานเอกสาร เช่นการคีย์ข้อมูล จัดชุดงาน
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
