About the role
Lead a full automated precast line (Vollert) — deliver on cost, quality and safety, and build a strong front-line leadership bench.
Responsibilities
แปลงแผน S&OP เป็นตารางรายวัน/สัปดาห์ และจัดสมดุลไลน์ข้ามสถานีให้เดินต่อเนื่อง
บริหารต้นทุนการผลิตให้แข่งขันได้ — วิเคราะห์ variance (วัสดุ/ค่าแรง) และขับเคลื่อนลดต้นทุน
คุมการใช้วัสดุตรง/ดีกว่า BOM ลดของเสีย · กำกับ Self-QC และความปลอดภัยหน้าไลน์
รายงานต่อ รองผอ.ปฏิบัติการ (VPM) · ทำงานร่วมฝ่ายแบบ/แม่พิมพ์ · IE · วางแผน · ซ่อมบำรุง
ประเมิน พัฒนา และสร้างทีมหัวหน้าแผนก/Foreman + ผู้สืบทอดแต่ละสถานี
Requirements
ป.ตรี วิศวกรรม (อุตสาหการ/โยธา/เครื่องกล/การผลิต) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์บริหารงานผลิต ≥ 8–10 ปี (ระดับ ผจก./หัวหน้าฝ่าย ≥ 3–5 ปี)
เคยบริหารกำลังคนหลายสิบคนผ่านชั้นหัวหน้างาน (≥ 50 คน) และคุมหลายสถานีบนระบบวางแผนผลิต
มีทั้ง Technical depth และ People leadership · (พิจารณาพิเศษ) Precast/Vollert, EEC, transformation
