ตำแหน่ง: ผู้จัดการฟาร์ม (Farm Manager)

สถานที่ทำงาน: ต.หนองระเวียง อ.เมืองนครราชสีมา จ.นครราชสีมา

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

* บริหารและควบคุมการดำเนินงานภายในฟาร์ม

* วางแผนการผลิตและควบคุมคุณภาพการเพาะเลี้ยง

* ดูแลทีมงาน พร้อมจัดตารางการทำงาน

* ควบคุมมาตรฐานความสะอาดและความปลอดภัยของฟาร์ม

* จัดทำรายงานผลผลิต สต๊อก และประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริหาร

คุณสมบัติ

* อายุ 26–45 ปี

* วุฒิ ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป (เกษตรศาสตร์, สัตวศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)

* มีประสบการณ์บริหารฟาร์มหรือโรงเรือนอย่างน้อย 2 ปี

* มีภาวะผู้นำ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

* ใช้งาน Excel และทำรายงานพื้นฐานได้

* หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการเพาะเลี้ยงแมลง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

About the role

Farm Manager role at Suranaree Farm, an insect farming operation. You will oversee all farm operations, production planning, quality control, team management, and compliance with farm standards and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control farm operations
• Plan production and monitor breeding quality
• Oversee team management and work scheduling
• Control farm cleanliness and safety standards
• Prepare production reports, stock reports, and coordinate with management

About you

• Age 26–45 years
• Diploma (ปวส.) or Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a farm or greenhouse
• Leadership skills and ability to solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in Excel and basic report writing
• Experience in insect breeding is a special consideration
