What they need
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- จัดทำ ดูแลเอกสารและข้อมูลต่างๆ ภายในแผนกการเงิน
- เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับวิธีการวิเคราะห์ทางด้านการเงินของโครงการอสังหาฯ
- ช่วยในการจัดการดูแล Financial Model/Feasibility Study ที่ใด้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำรายงานทุกๆ อาทิตย์/เดือน เพื่อใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจและสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ของผู้บริหาร
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสามารถขอใบรับรองการออกฝึกงานได้จากทางมหาลัย
- หากมีการทำกิจกรรมอยู่เรื่อยๆ ในระหว่างเรียนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการเขียน อ่าน ได้ในระดับดี
