What they need
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารด้านการเงินและบัญชี เช่น VAT, WHT, Reimbursement และ Advance Clearing ให้ถูกต้องก่อนดำเนินการในระบบ
- จัดเตรียมและติดตามเอกสารการเบิกจ่ายและ Payment ให้ดำเนินการได้อย่างถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
- บันทึกและจัดเก็บหลักฐานการชำระเงิน รวมถึงเอกสาร Voucher ให้เป็นระบบ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับธนาคาร และจัดเตรียมเอกสารเกี่ยวกับ Bank Guarantee (BG)
- ดูแลงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Bid Bond, Advance Bond, Performance Bond และ Retention Bond
- ติดตามค่าธรรมเนียม Bank Guarantee และอัปเดตข้อมูลบริษัท/โครงการให้กับธนาคาร
- ประสานงานด้านการเงินและเอกสารระหว่างพนักงานชาวไทยและชาวจีน
- สนับสนุนงานด้าน Finance & Accounting อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาภาษาจีน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ดี (HSK ระดับ 5 ขึ้นไป)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Finance & Accounting
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Payment, Reimbursement หรือการตรวจสอบเอกสารการชำระเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และเรียนรู้งานได้รวดเร็ว
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้ดี
