หน้าที่หลักของ Floor Supervisor
- ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของห้องพักก่อนส่งมอบให้แผนกต้อนรับ
- ควบคุมดูแลแม่บ้านให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐาน
- ประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ เช่น Front Office, Engineering
- รายงานปัญหา/ซ่อมแซมห้องพักให้แผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน เช่น ห้องที่พร้อมขาย ห้องซ่อม ห้องแขกเช็คเอาท์ ฯลฯ
- มีประสบการณ์ งานโรงแรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- สนใจติดต่อ แผนกบุคคลชัน 6 โรงแรมเดอะรีเจนซี หาดใหญ่
