What they need
- บริหารและควบคุมภาพรวมการผลิตทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่การวางแผนการผลิต การผสม การบรรจุ จนถึงการแพคกิ้ง
- วางแผนกำลังการผลิต กำลังคน เครื่องจักร และทรัพยากรให้สอดคล้องกับ Production Plan
- ควบคุมการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามสูตรการผลิต, Batch Record, SOP/WI, Specification และข้อกำหนด GMP
- กำกับดูแลผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการและหัวหน้างานในแต่ละส่วนของฝ่ายผลิต
- ติดตามสถานะการผลิตประจำวัน และแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจส่งผลต่อแผนการผลิต คุณภาพ หรือกำหนดส่งสินค้า
- ควบคุม Productivity, Yield, Downtime, Waste และประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของฝ่ายผลิต
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมความถูกต้องของเอกสารการผลิต รวมถึง Batch Record และ Packing Record
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต และกำหนด Corrective / Preventive Action ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับ QA, QC, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Engineering และหน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปตามแผน
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานด้านสุขลักษณะ ความสะอาด การป้องกันการปนเปื้อน และ Line Clearance
- จัดทำ ทบทวน และปรับปรุง SOP/WI และระบบงานของฝ่ายผลิต
- วางแผนการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาศักยภาพของทีมฝ่ายผลิต
- จัดทำรายงานผลการผลิตและรายงานปัญหาสำคัญต่อผู้บริหาร
