What they need

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

ออกแบบสื่อ Graphic สำหรับช่องทาง Online และ Offline ของบริษัท เช่น Social Media, Website, Marketplace, Advertising และสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ต่าง ๆ
ออกแบบ Artwork สำหรับสินค้า โปรโมชั่น แคมเปญ และกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
จัดทำสื่อสำหรับ Social Media ให้มีความสวยงาม สอดคล้องกับ Brand Identity และเหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
ออกแบบ Banner, Key Visual, Post, Story, Infographic และสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์รูปแบบต่าง ๆ
ร่วมคิดและพัฒนาแนวทางด้าน Visual Content ให้สอดคล้องกับ Marketing Plan
ปรับแก้ Artwork ตาม Brief และ Feedback จากทีม Marketing / Sales / Management
จัดเตรียมไฟล์ Artwork สำหรับนำไปใช้งานในช่องทางต่าง ๆ ทั้ง Online และ Offline
ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Marketing, Content และทีมอื่น ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อให้ตอบโจทย์ทางธุรกิจ
ติดตามเทรนด์ด้าน Graphic Design, Social Media และ Visual Content เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้กับงาน
ใช้ AI Tools เพื่อช่วยในการสร้างภาพ พัฒนา Concept หรือเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานด้าน Graphic Design
รับผิดชอบงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานออกแบบตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า ในสาขา Graphic Design, Communication Design, Digital Media, นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Graphic Design อย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
สามารถใช้ Adobe Photoshop และ Illustrator ได้ดี หากใช้ Premiere Pro / After Effects หรือโปรแกรมด้าน Motion Graphic ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Composition, Typography, Color และ Visual Hierarchy
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ สามารถพัฒนา Concept และตีโจทย์จาก Brief ได้
สามารถออกแบบงานให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละ Platform เช่น Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website และ Marketplace
สามารถใช้ AI Tools สำหรับงานออกแบบและสร้าง Content ได้ในระดับดี
มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถบริหารจัดการงานและส่งงานตาม Deadline ได้
สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและรับ Feedback เพื่อปรับปรุงงานได้
หากมี Portfolio จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
