- รับข้อมูลจากฝ่ายจองห้องพัก หรือรับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับงานด้านการรับจองห้องพัก
- ต้อนรับเมื่อลูกค้าเดินทางมาถึงโรงแรม
- ทำตามขั้นตอนการ Check in และ Check out
- นำลูกค้าไปยังห้องพัก และแนะนำเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกภายในห้องพัก
- ตอบข้อซักถามของแขก และให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโรงแรม ช่วยทางโรงแรมขายบริการต่าง ๆ ที่โรงแรมจัดเสนอไว้บริการ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับแผนกต่าง ๆ ให้ทราบเพื่อเตรียมห้อง การบริการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม
- ติดต่อกับฝ่ายแม่บ้านให้ตรวจดูแลห้องพักและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ ให้ครบถ้วน
คุณสมบัติ
- อายุ 23-35 ปี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ปริญญาตรี การจัดการโรงแรม การท่องเที่ยว หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บุคลิกภาพ อัธยาศัยดี แก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- ทำงานเป็นทีม ภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
- มีประสบการณ์โรงแรม/รีสอร์ทมาก่อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆได้
- ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
