The Guest Service Center Agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests via telephone and internal communication channels. This role ensures prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all guest requests, inquiries, and service coordination, delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with the brand standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Call Center, or Guest Services (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera).
