What they need
- รับคำขอจองโรงแรมจากลูกค้า
- ค้นหาและเปรียบเทียบราคาโรงแรมจาก Supplier หรือ Partner
- เสนอทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมตามงบประมาณและความต้องการ
- ดำเนินการจองห้องพัก
- ตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขการจอง การยกเลิก และการคืนเงิน
- ออกเอกสารยืนยันการจอง (Hotel Voucher)
- ประสานงานกับโรงแรมกรณีพิเศษ
คุณสมบัติ
จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีด้านการท่องเที่ยว หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจองโรงแรมให้กับลูกค้า 3 ปีขึ้นไป หากมีประสบการณ์ในบริษัท AGENT จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รักงานบริการ
