What they need
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบข้อมูลเวลาเข้า-ออกงาน (Attendance) ของพนักงาน
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการขาด ลา มาสาย กลับก่อน และการทำงานล่วงเวลา (OT)
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขข้อมูล Attendance ให้ถูกต้องก่อนส่งให้ฝ่าย Payroll
4.ประสานงานกับพนักงานและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลเวลาเข้า-ออกงาน - จัดทำและสรุปรายงานข้อมูล Attendance
- ประสานงานและสื่อสารกับพนักงาน/หัวหน้างานชาวจีนในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนงาน HR อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ (Fresh Graduate)
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ ภาษาจีน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ดี ทั้งการฟังและการพูด
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office และ Excel ได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบ
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถเรียนรู้ระบบงานและโปรแกรมใหม่ ๆ ได้
