บทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1.Recruitment & Staffing
-ดูแลกระบวนการสรรหาและคัดเลือกพนักงานทุกตำแหน่ง
-ลงประกาศงานผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ
-Screening Resume และนัดหมายสัมภาษณ์
-จัดเตรียมเอกสารการเริ่มงานของพนักงานใหม่
2.Employee Records & Administration
-ดูแลข้อมูลพนักงานและเอกสาร HR ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
-จัดเก็บประวัติพนักงานอย่างเป็นระบบ
-จัดทำเอกสารสัญญาจ้าง หนังสือรับรอง และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-ดูแล Attendance, Leave, OT และข้อมูลการขาดลา มาสาย
3.Payroll & Benefits
-ตรวจสอบข้อมูลสำหรับการจัดทำ Payroll
-ประสานงานเรื่องประกันสังคม ภาษี และสวัสดิการพนักงาน
-ดูแลสิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ ของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายบริษัท
4.Employee Relations
-ให้คำแนะนำและตอบคำถามพนักงานเกี่ยวกับ HR policies
-ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์กร
-สนับสนุนการสร้าง Employee Engagement
5.HR Development
-สนับสนุนงาน Training และ Development
-ช่วยจัดกิจกรรมภายในองค์กร
-สนับสนุนการประเมินผลพนักงาน
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี
มีความรู้ด้าน Labor Law และงาน HR พื้นฐาน
สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้ดี
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และรักษาความลับได้ดี
หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Retail / Fashion / Store Operation จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
