1. Recruitment Support : สนับสนุนงานสรรหา
Responsibilities
- ประกาศรับสมัครงาน
- คัดกรอง Resume เบื้องต้น
- นัดหมายสัมภาษณ์
- ประสานงานผู้สมัครและหัวหน้าแผนก
- จัดเก็บข้อมูลผู้สมัคร
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารเริ่มงาน
2. Employee Onboarding : การดูแลพนักงานใหม่
Responsibilities
- จัด Orientation
- เตรียมเอกสารเริ่มงาน
- อธิบายกฎระเบียบบริษัท
- แนะนำระบบการทำงาน
- ประสานงานอุปกรณ์ / Email / Account
- ติดตามพนักงานช่วงทดลองงาน
3. HR Administration : งานเอกสารและระบบ HR
Responsibilities
- จัดเก็บเอกสารพนักงาน
- ดูแลประวัติพนักงาน
- จัดทำหนังสือรับรอง / เอกสาร HR
- บันทึกข้อมูลการลา / ขาด / มาสาย
- ตรวจสอบเวลาเข้างาน
- ประสานงาน Payroll
4. Employee Relations : ดูแลความสัมพันธ์พนักงาน
Responsibilities
- รับฟังปัญหาพนักงาน
- ประสานงานข้อร้องเรียน
- ดูแลบรรยากาศการทำงาน
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมองค์กร
- ช่วยแก้ไข conflict เบื้องต้น
- ดูแล communication ภายใน
5. Training & Development Support : สนับสนุนงานพัฒนาพนักงาน
Responsibilities
- ประสานงานการอบรม
- เช็ก attendance training
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารอบรม
- สรุป feedback หลังอบรม
- Update training records
6. Culture & Engagement : ดูแลวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
Responsibilities
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมองค์กร
- ส่งเสริม Core Values
- สื่อสารข่าวสารภายใน
- ช่วยสร้าง Employee Engagement
- ดูแล employer branding ภายในองค์กร
