What they need
- จัดอบรมพนักงานใหม่ (Orientation)
- ประสานงานจัดอบรมภายใน/ภายนอก
- บันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลฝึกอบรม
- ประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมพัฒนาศักยภาพพนักงาน
- การจัดทำข้อมูลยื่นขอรับรองสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
- งานกิจจกรมและสื่อสารในองค์กร
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ,การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์, การจัดการทั่วไป,บริหารธุรกิจ ,จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านงานฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถวางแผนการทำงาน และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการพูดเป็นพิธีกรได้ดี
- หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Skill Matrix , Competency, IDP , OJT รวมถึงระบบการพัฒนาและบริหารศักยภาพบุคลากร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม หรือธุรกิจอาหาร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
