- การบริหารระบบ KPI & Performance Management (70%)
วางระบบและกระบวนการ: ออกแบบ ปรับปรุง และดูแลระบบการประเมินผลการทำงาน (KPIs / OKRs) ประจำไตรมาสและประจำปีให้มีความเที่ยงตรง เป็นธรรม และสอดคล้องกับทิศทางองค์กร
ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายต่างๆ (Business Alignment): ให้คำแนะนำและทำงานร่วมกับผู้บริหาร/หัวหน้างาน (HOD) ในการตั้งเป้าหมาย cascade KPI จากระดับองค์กรลงสู่ระดับแผนกและรายบุคคล
ติดตามและประเมินผล (Tracking & Monitoring): ติดตาม ผลการดำเนินงานตาม KPI ของแต่ละฝ่ายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ วิเคราะห์ Data Performance และสรุปรายงานเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
บริหารกระบวนการประเมิน: ดูแลภาพรวมกระบวนการประเมินผลงานประจำปี (Annual Performance Appraisal) การตัดเกรด และสรุปผลเพื่อส่งต่อให้ฝ่าย Compensation & Benefits
- การวิเคราะห์และพัฒนาผลการทำงาน (30%)
วิเคราะห์ Performance Gap: ระบุจุดอ่อนหรือปัญหาในการทำงานของแต่ละฝ่ายงาน นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาแนวทางปรับปรุงและพัฒนา
เชื่อมโยงงานพัฒนาบุคลากร: นำผลการประเมิน KPI/Gap มาออกแบบแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรรายบุคคล (Individual Development Plan - IDP) ร่วมกับทีม L&D/HRBP
ให้คำอุปถัมภ์และคำแนะนำ (Consulting & Coaching): ให้คำปรึกษาแก่หัวหน้างานในการบริหารจัดการพนักงานที่มีผลงานต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ (Underperformance) และวางแผน PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)
