หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการ / ความจำเป็นในการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาบุคลากร
- ดูแลงานด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรและพัฒนาองค์กรทั้งระบบ
- ร่วมวางแผนการฝึกอบรม Training / Roadmap
- จัดทำงบประมาณในการจัดฝึกอบรมตามแผนการฝึกอบรมที่กำหนดและอนุมัติไว้แล้ว
- ควบคุมการดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมตามแผนการฝึกอบรมที่กำหนดไว้
- สรุปผลการฝึกอบรม / ติดตาม / หรือร่วมติดตามผลการประเมินการฝึกอบรม
- ควบคุมการดำเนินการงานด้าน พ.ร.บ. พัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
- สรุปรายงานด้านพัฒนาบุคลากร
