What they need
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการพัฒนาและ จัดทำแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรรายปี
- ออกแบบหลักสูตรและจัดอบรมภายใน
- จัดทำ Skill Matrix และวัดผลการนำความรู้ไปใช้จริง
- จัดทำรายงาน Training Record, Completion Rate, Skill Gap และบริหารระบบการเรียนรู้ผ่าน LMS
- พัฒนาโปรแกรมสำหรับหัวหน้างาน เพื่อยกระดับทักษะการบริหารทีม
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยา การศึกษา บริหารธุรกิจ พัฒนาองค์กร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet ได้ดี
- มี Service Mindset สื่อสารสุภาพ
- มีความสามารถในการจัดระบบเอกสารและติดตามจำนวนมากพร้อมกัน
