What they need
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- บังคับใช้มาตรฐาน HSE และ ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ในไซต์งานบริการและโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบและประเมินความเสี่ยง, audit, ABRA และติดตาม action plan
- สนับสนุนทีมงาน ใน tendering, installation, commissioning, maintenance
- สอบสวนอุบัติเหตุ และจัดการ corrective/preventive actions
- ฝึกอบรมและสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย เช่น induction, electrical safety training, safety campaign
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และสรุปให้ผู้บริหาร
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ใน Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 5–8 ปี ในงาน HSE (EPC, power systems, oil & gas, heavy industry)
- ความรู้ด้านเทคนิค สำหรับงานไฟฟ้าแรงสูง, commissioning, maintenance
- เข้าใจ risk assessment และ ABRA, audit, incident investigation
- รู้กฎหมายไทยและมาตรฐานสากล เช่น ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- ใบรับรองเพิ่มเติม เช่น OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและการจัดการ, ภาษาอังกฤษดีทั้งพูดและเขียน
- กล้าตัดสินใจหยุดงาน เมื่อพบความเสี่ยงที่ไม่ยอมรับได้
