Human Resource Development Officer (HRD)

Job scope:

1. Drive Digital Transformation Projects วางแผนและดำเน้นโครงการ Digital Transformation ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยทธิ์ของบริษัท พร้อมผลักต้นการปรับปรงกระบวนการทำงานเพื่อเพิ่ม Productivity และลดงาน Manual
2. Analyze & Improve Business Processes :วิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงานของแต่ละหน่วยงาน ค้นหา Pain Point และออกแบบ Work flow ใหม่โดยใช้แนวคิด Lean, Kaizen และ Business Process Improvement
3. Develop Digital Solutions: ออกแบบและพัฒนา Digital Solution โดยใช้ Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Sharepoint) รวมถึงประยุกต์ใช้ AI และ Microsoft copilot เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
4. Support AI and Digital Adoption: ค้นหา AI Use Case สนับสนุนการนำเอา AI มาใช้งานในองค์กร จักทำมาตราฐานใช้งาน AI Governance และส่งเสริมการใช้ AI อย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ
5. Manage DX Champion & User Enablement: พัฒนาและสนับสนุนDX Champion ของแต่ละหน่วยงาน จัดอบรม ให้คำปรึกษาและสร้าง Community เพื่อขยายการใช้งาน Digital Tool และ AI ทั้งทั้งองค์กร
6. Monitor Project Performance & Business Benefit ติดตาผลการดำเนินโครงการด้วย KPI วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ เช่น Productivity Improvement, Working Hour Reduction และ Cost Saving

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree of Computer Enigneer, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineer, Information System, Business Information Technology and other related

• At least 2 years of experienced in any related position
