คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. – ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บริหารธุรกิจ รัฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR 2–5 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน ประกันสังคม Time Attendance, OT และ Payroll
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลแรงงานต่างด้าว เช่น VISA, WORK PERMIT จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน แก้ไขปัญหา และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานได้ผลดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานหน้างานในโรงงานได้
