What they need
รายละเอียดงาน
- จัดทำเอกสารการนำเข้า-ส่งออกตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- บันทึกใบขนสินค้าในระบบ Paperless หน้าที่สำคัญ
- จัดทำข้อมูล Invoice, Pacing list, B/L และนำเข้า-ส่งออกอื่นๆ
- จัดทำรายงานการส่งออกสินค้าของลูกค้าที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบในแต่ละเดือน
- ประสานงานบริษัทหัวลากและสายเรือ
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาLogistics หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์หรือสามารถบันทึกใบขนสินค้าในระบบ Paperless ได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน Import Export ในบริษัท Fright Forwarder
- สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ Word, Excel ได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- หากมีความรู้และประสบการณ์ ด้านพิกัดอัตราภาษีศุลกากร หรือความรู้ด้านใบอนุญาตต่างๆ หรือมีความรู้ด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ทางด้านกรมศุลกากร จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
