หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุง กระบวนการผลิต เครื่องจักร และวิธีการทำงาน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
ปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ลด Downtime, Breakdown, Defect และ Production Loss
วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุง Cycle Time, Machine Efficiency, OEE, Productivity และ Yield
ออกแบบหรือปรับปรุง Jig, Fixture, Tooling และ Equipment เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการผลิต
วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้และเสนอแนวทาง Automation / Semi-Automation เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดการใช้แรงงาน
ประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือ Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, 5 Why, Fishbone และ Six Sigma
ดำเนินการ Root Cause Analysis (RCA) และจัดทำ Corrective / Preventive Action
จัดทำและติดตาม Improvement Project ตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ทดลองปรับปรุง จนถึงประเมินผล
วิเคราะห์ผลด้าน Cost Saving / Cost Reduction จากการปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรและกระบวนการ
จัดทำและปรับปรุง SOP, Work Instruction และ Standard Operating Process ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอผล Improvement Project และ KPI ต่อผู้บริหาร
คุณสมบัติ
ปริญญาตรี สาขา Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Process Improvement / Machine Improvement / Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering
มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ เครื่องจักรในโรงงาน และการแก้ไข/ปรับปรุงเครื่องจักร
มีความรู้ด้าน Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Automation, PLC, Pneumatic, Electrical Control, Sensor หรือ Machine Modification
สามารถใช้ AutoCAD / SolidWorks หรือโปรแกรมออกแบบที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
