ตำแหน่ง: IT Officer (SAP Support)

ให้การสนับสนุนผู้ใช้ระบบงาน ERP โดยรับแจ้งปัญหา วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และหาวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับผู้ใช้ระบบเบื้องต้น รวมไปถึงการนำมาปรับปรุงระบบงาน
ประสานงานกับทีม SAP Consultant ในกรณีที่ต้องได้รับการแก้ไขในเชิงลึก
ติดตามสถานะการแก้ไขปัญหาจนแล้วเสร็จ และจัดทำบันทึกปัญหาพร้อมการแก้ไขลงในระบบ
ตรวจสอบและดูแลข้อมูล Master Data ในระบบ SAP
ประสานงานเพื่อให้ระบบ SAP กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับกระบวนการทำงานจริง
ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:

วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมซอต์ฟแวร์ วิทยาศาสตร์คอม เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและสื่อสาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่)
มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบ SAP Support MM (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มีความกระตือรือร้น และมีความรับผิดชอบ
สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและมีความยืดหยุ่นเรื่องเวลาในการทำงาน
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และสามารถเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ ได้
