What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
จัดทำและอัปเดต Monthly Accrual รวมถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือคำขอที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ IT Network
ดำเนินการด้านการชำระเงินสำหรับ IT Equipment, IT Maintenance, IT Network และ IT Services
รับและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ Invoice จาก Vendor ร่วมกับ Project Owner พร้อมประสานงานเพื่อขออนุมัติเอกสาร
จัดเตรียม Payment Request พร้อมเอกสารประกอบสำหรับ Finance และ Project Owner
ประสานงานขอ Management Approval สำหรับเอกสารการชำระเงินให้เป็นไปตาม Policy และ Guideline ของบริษัท
นำส่งเอกสารที่ได้รับการอนุมัติแล้วให้กับ Payment & Tax Operations เพื่อดำเนินการชำระเงิน
ประสานงานและสนับสนุน Vendor, Project Owner, Finance Team และ Budget Team ในการแก้ไขปัญหาและติดตามประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการชำระเงิน
คุณสมบัติ
ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Excel
สามารถอ่านและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถประสานงานกับหลายฝ่ายได้ดี
สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ ย่านเพชรเกษม ได้
