รายละเอียดงาน
- วิเคราห์สาเหตุและแก้ไขปัญหาทางค้ำน network เบื้องต้น
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับทีม หรือ vendor ที่เกี๊ยวข้องในกรณี ที่เกิดปัญหา
- ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาผ่านระบบ Email และ Ticket
- บันทึกวางแผนการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์
- ดูแลอุปกรณ์และ monitor สถานะ network ให้อยู่ในสถานะพร้อมใช้
- ปฏิบัติงานตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
7 เเก้ไขปัญหา HW/SW/NW เบื้องต้น
เวลาการทำงาน จันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 08.00 - 17.00 น.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1 สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ที่หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2 มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
3 มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลทีมงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป
4 Service Mind, สามารถประสานงานภายในทีมได้ดี
5 มีทักษะการแก้ไขเฉพาะหน้า , ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆได้ดี
6 สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้
7 บุคลิกภาพดี
