What they need
- ติดตั้งและดูแลระบบ: ดำเนินการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา และตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ Hardware, Software และระบบเครือข่ายให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
- แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค: ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานทั้งด้านระบบปฏิบัติการ (OS), Application และ Hardware เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- สนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน (Helpdesk): ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบ IT แก่บุคลากรภายในองค์กร
- จัดทำเอกสารและฝึกอบรม: จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งาน เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ พร้อมทั้งจัดการอบรมและประเมินผลให้แก่ผู้ใช้งาน
- บริหารจัดการและวางแผน: ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ วางแผน และปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศขององค์กร
- งานอื่นๆ: ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
