หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบ Transaction ที่ผ่านเข้ามาในโปรแกรม Monitoring Tool
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้
- ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างทีมเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือนให้ลูกค้ำา
- ดูแลแก้ไขปัญหา HW SW เบื้องต้นภายในองค์กร
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- การศึกษาปริญญาตรีด้าน IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ค้าน Monitoring ระบบ transaction ต่างๆ จากทางธนาคาร
- เข้าใจกระบวนการงานสาย Monitoring เช่น การส่งต่องานระหว่างกะ
- มีความอดทนและความรับผิดชอบสูง
