What they need
- Support User และระบบ SAP Business One (SAP B1)
ให้บริการ Helpdesk และแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบ SAP Business One ให้กับผู้ใช้งานภายในองค์กร
วิเคราะห์ปัญหา (Incident Analysis) และประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
Support กระบวนการทำงานใน SAP B1 เช่น
- Sales & AR (ฝ่ายขายและลูกหนี้)
- Purchasing & AP (จัดซื้อและเจ้าหนี้)
- Inventory & Warehouse (คลังสินค้า)
- Finance & Accounting (บัญชีและการเงิน)
- Production / Project Module (กรณีเกี่ยวข้อง)
ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหา Master Data, User Permission, Transaction Error และ Report ต่าง ๆ
สนับสนุนการใช้งาน Query, Report และ Customization ใน SAP B1 ร่วมกับ Vendor หรือทีมพัฒนา
- ดูแลระบบ IT ภายในองค์กร (IT Infrastructure Support)
- ให้บริการ Support เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ IT และ Software ภายในองค์กร
- ติดตั้ง Config และดูแลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์, Printer, Network Device และอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน
- ดูแล Account User, Email, File Sharing และสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบต่าง ๆ
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหา Hardware / Software / Network เบื้องต้น
- ดูแลระบบ Backup และตรวจสอบความพร้อมใช้งานของระบบ IT
- User Support และ Training
- รับแจ้งปัญหาจาก User ผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ และติดตามสถานะจนปิดงาน
- จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานระบบ SAP B1 และระบบ IT ภายในองค์กร
- อบรมและให้คำแนะนำ User เกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบใหม่หรือ Process ที่มีการปรับปรุง
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นซ้ำ และเสนอแนวทางป้องกัน
- ประสานงานและพัฒนาระบบ
- ประสานงานกับ SAP B1 Partner / Software Vendor ในการแก้ไขปัญหาและพัฒนาระบบ
- เก็บ Requirement จากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบให้รองรับการทำงาน
- สนับสนุนโครงการ IT ต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท
- จัดทำเอกสาร IT System, Configuration และ Change Management
