🚀 เรากำลังตามหา IT Support รุ่นใหม่ที่พร้อมลุยงาน Onsite เพื่อดูแลระบบ IT Infrastructure ในโปรเจกต์ระดับประเทศ คุณจะได้ดูแลตั้งแต่ Hardware พื้นฐานไปจนถึง Queue Management System ที่มีความท้าทายสูง
What You’ll Do:
- Onsite Troubleshooting: แก้ปัญหาหน้างานให้จบ ทั้ง PC, Laptop และ Peripherals (Printers/Scanners)
- System Ownership: ดูแลระบบเรียกคิวให้ลื่นไหล (Smooth Operation) ทั้งส่วน Hardware และ Software
- Preventive Action: ตรวจเช็คความพร้อมของระบบและอัปเดต Security Patch ตามรอบ
- Log & Service Mind: จัดการเคสผ่านระบบ Ticket และรักษาระดับ SLA ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน
Who You Are:
- จบปริญญาตรีสาย Computer, IT หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีพื้นฐานแน่นเรื่อง Hardware Repair และ Network (LAN, Wi-Fi)
- คุ้นเคยกับ IT Infrastructure (Cloud, Server, System)
- เก่งการใช้ Windows และ Excel (สำหรับงาน Data/Report)
- แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี (Proactive Problem Solver) และรักงานบริการ
- หากมี certification ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Location: สำนักงานสัญชาติและนิติกรณ์ ปทุมวัน
Office Working Hours: 9.00 - 17.30 น. (ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชการ)
