หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. Infrastructure & Hardware Management
กำกับดูแลและดำเนินการกู้คืนระบบปฏิบัติการ (Windows/macOS) และแก้ไขปัญหาซอฟต์แวร์ประยุกต์ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานองค์กร
บริหารจัดการงานซ่อมบำรุงฮาร์ดแวร์ (Hardware Diagnosis & Replacement) และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงทั้งหมดให้พร้อมใช้งาน 100%
บริหารจัดการระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV), เครื่องบันทึกภาพ (NVR/DVR) และระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยทางกายภาพ (Biometric/Access Control)
2. Network & Security Operations
บริหารจัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาโครงสร้างเครือข่าย (LAN/Wi-Fi), VPN และ Remote Access เพื่อรองรับการทำงานในทุกรูปแบบ
บริหารจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยเชิงรุก (Cybersecurity) ทั้งการกำจัด Malware, การทำ Patch Management (BIOS/Firmware) และการควบคุมสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูล (RBAC)
3. Enterprise System Support (ERP & CRM)
ให้การสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคระดับ Advance สำหรับระบบ Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) และ Salesforce (CRM) ทั้งในส่วนของ Client Installation, Session Management และ Report Configuration
4. Data Backup & Disaster Recovery (DRP)
วางแผนและตรวจสอบการสำรองข้อมูล (Backup Strategy) ทั้งระบบ Database (SQL Server), Server Image และ Network Configuration
ดำเนินการทดสอบการกู้คืนข้อมูล (Recovery Validation Test) และจัดทำคู่มือ DRP เพื่อลดระยะเวลาการหยุดชะงักของธุรกิจ (RTO)
