ผู้ช่วยดูแลลูกค้า ประสานงานกับลูกค้า Key Account และดูแลการสื่อสารประจำวัน
Key responsibilities
- รับออเดอร์ ติดตามงาน และประสานงานกับฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ คลังสินค้า ขนส่ง
- อัปเดตสถานะงาน ข้อมูลการจัดส่ง และปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นให้ลูกค้าทราบ
- จัดทำเอกสาร รายงาน และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานลูกค้า
- ติดตามใบแจ้งหนี้ เอกสารวางบิล และประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี
- ช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และติดตามงานให้เสร็จตามกำหนด
- ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของข้อมูลลูกค้าและงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
