What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ดูแลและบริหารลูกค้า Key Account กลุ่ม Modern Trade / Chain Pharmacy พร้อมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางธุรกิจในระยะยาว
- วางแผนการขาย เจรจาต่อรอง และจัดทำแผนส่งเสริมการขายเพื่อผลักดันยอดขายและการเติบโตของ Account
- วิเคราะห์ยอดขาย Market Trend และ Shopper Insight เพื่อหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจและเพิ่มยอดขาย
- จัดทำ Sales Forecast, Business Review และแผนพัฒนาธุรกิจร่วมกับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อให้แผนงานสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
- ติดตามงานและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับลูกค้า พร้อมผลักดันงานให้เสร็จตาม Timeline
- บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและ Stakeholder ทุกระดับ ด้วยการสื่อสารที่ดีและเป็นมืออาชีพ
- รับผิดชอบยอดขายและ KPI รวมถึงเป้าหมายการเติบโตของแต่ละ Account
คุณสมบัติ
- อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Key Account / Modern Trade / Chain Pharmacy จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการประสานงาน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การแก้ไขปัญหา และการบริหารจัดการงานหลายด้าน
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง Proactive, Ownership และ Follow-up งานได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าและทีมงานได้ดี
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการนำเสนอ Sales / Business Performance จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
