วางแผนและดำเนินงานด้าน KOL/Creator และ Affiliate Marketing เพื่อสนับสนุนยอดขายและการสร้าง Awareness ให้กับ BAOJI
ค้นหา คัดเลือก และประสานงานกับ KOL/Creator/Affiliate ให้เหมาะสมกับ Brand และกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
ดูแลและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับ KOL / Creator / Affiliate อย่างต่อเนื่อง
ประสานงานการทำงานตั้งแต่การส่งสินค้าBrief Content, Review, Posting และ Campaign ต่าง ๆ
วางแผนและประสานงานAffiliate Campaign บน TikTok Shop รวมถึงกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายต่าง ๆ
ประสานงานกับKOL/ Creator สำหรับ TikTok LIVE และกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จัดทำ Brief และติดตาม Content ให้เป็นไปตาม Brand Guideline และ Campaign Objective
ติดตามและรวบรวมผลการดำเนินงานของ KOL / Affiliate เช่น GMV, Orders, Clicks, Conversion และ Commission
วิเคราะห์ Performance ของ KOL / Affiliate เพื่อหาแนวทางเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและพัฒนาการทำงานใน Campaign ถัดไป
จัดทำรายงานสรุปผล KOL / Affiliate Performance รายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
ติดตามเทรนด์บน TikTok และค้นหา Creator ใหม่ ๆ ที่มีศักยภาพและเหมาะกับ BAOJI
ประสานงานกับทีม E-Commerce, Marketing, Content และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ Campaign ดำเนินงานได้ตามเป้าหมาย
ดูแลเอกสาร ค่าใช้จ่าย และ Commission ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ KOL / Affiliate
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน KOL / Influencer / Affiliate Marketing / Digital Marketing 1–3 ปี
มีความเข้าใจใน TikTok, TikTok Shop และ Affiliate Marketing
สามารถค้นหาและประเมิน KOL / Creator ให้เหมาะกับ Brand และ Campaign ได้
มีทักษะในการประสานงานและเจรจาต่อรอง
สามารถใช้ Excel / Google Sheets ในการจัดทำ Report และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นได้
