1.บริหารและควบคุมงานพัฒนาระบบ
รับ Requirement จากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
วิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบหรือ Application
วางแผนงาน แบ่งงาน และกำหนดระยะเวลา
ติดตามความคืบหน้าและควบคุมคุณภาพงาน
2.ดูแลงานด้านเทคนิค
ตรวจสอบและ Review Source Code
ให้คำแนะนำเรื่อง Front-end, Back-end, API และ Database
พัฒนาโปรแกรมหรือแก้ Code ในงานสำคัญ
ตรวจสอบและแก้ไข Bug หรือปัญหาที่ซับซ้อน
วางมาตรฐานการพัฒนา การทดสอบ และการนำระบบขึ้นใช้งานจริง
3.บริหารทีม Developer
ดูแล Programmer/Developer
มอบหมายงานและจัดลำดับความสำคัญ
ให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ปัญหาให้ทีม
ประเมินผลงานและพัฒนาความสามารถของทีม
4.ประสานงานกับธุรกิจและผู้บริหาร
แปลงความต้องการของหน่วยงานให้เป็นแนวทางพัฒนาระบบ
ประสานงานกับ User, Vendor และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
รายงานสถานะโครงการ ปัญหา และความเสี่ยงต่อผู้บริหาร
วางแผนพัฒนาระบบให้รองรับการเติบโตของบริษัท
