What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำทีม Project HSE และ Company Representatives
- ประสานงานด้าน HSE ระหว่าง Operations, Drilling Rig/HWU, Support Vessels และ Construction
- ดูแล HSE Risk Assessment, SIMOPS, Bridging Documents และ Permit Requirements
- ตรวจสอบและติดตาม HSE Performance ของ Contractor
- ติดตาม HSE KPIs และส่งเสริมการปรับปรุงด้านความปลอดภัย
- ประสานงานด้าน HSE Training, Induction และ Health Screening
- นำหรือสนับสนุนการสอบสวนอุบัติเหตุและติดตาม Corrective Actions
- ดำเนินการ Site Visit และ HSE Audit พร้อมเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุง
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีด้าน Technical หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- หากมีวุฒิ/ใบรับรองด้าน HSE หรือ NEBOSH จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HSE ในอุตสาหกรรม Oil & Gas จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ Well Operations และ Construction จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้าน Occupational Safety, Process Safety, Environmental Management, Incident Investigation และ Emergency Response
- มีทักษะในการประสานงานและบริหารผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะที่มีความเร่งด่วนและหลายงานพร้อมกันได้
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งพูดและเขียน
