We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer who is ready to take the next step into a technical lead role.

Key Responsibilities | หน้าที่หลัก

• เป็น Technical Point of Contact ระหว่างทีม Engineer, ลูกค้า และ Vendor สำหรับงานด้าน Security
• ดูแลและ Support ระบบ Security Infrastructure เช่น Firewall, PAM, WAF, Endpoint Security, IPS/Proxy และ Email Security
• ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยทีม Engineer ในการ Troubleshoot ปัญหาที่มีความซับซ้อน
• Support และ Lead งาน Planned Change เช่น Firmware Upgrade, Policy Change, Security Rule Adjustment และ System Configuration
• ดูแลและปรับปรุง Security Policy / Configuration ให้เหมาะสมกับ Environment ของลูกค้า
• สนับสนุนการดูแลระบบ Firewall เช่น Check Point / Fortinet หรือ Technology ใกล้เคียง
• Support ระบบ Privileged Access Management เช่น CyberArk PAM หรือ PAM Solutions อื่น ๆ
• ตรวจสอบและติดตาม Vulnerability จากเครื่องมือ เช่น Nessus, Detectify, SecurityScorecard และประสานงานเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข
• ดูแลหรือ Support Security Solutions เช่น Trellix, Trend Micro, Cloudflare WAF, Proofpoint, IronPort หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและ Vendor เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงติดตามงาน Technical ให้เป็นไปตามแผน
• ให้คำแนะนำและ Support ทีม On-site Engineer ในการปฏิบัติงาน

Qualifications | คุณสมบัติ

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Cybersecurity Operations, Network Security, Security Engineering หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4 ปีขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ Hands-on กับ Security Solutions อย่างน้อยบางประเภท เช่น Firewall, PAM, WAF, IPS/IDS, Endpoint Security, Proxy หรือ Email Security
• สามารถ Troubleshoot และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาด้าน Security ได้
• มีประสบการณ์กับ Check Point, Fortinet, CyberArk, Trellix, Trend Micro, Cloudflare, Proofpoint หรือ IronPort จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ครบทุก Product — ประสบการณ์กับ Security Solutions หรือ Technology ที่ใกล้เคียงสามารถนำมาพิจารณาได้
• มีทักษะในการประสานงานกับลูกค้า ทีมงาน และ Vendor
• หากเคย Lead งาน Technical, Planned Change, Project หรือดูแล Engineer คนอื่น จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• พร้อมเรียนรู้ Technology และ Security Products เพิ่มเติมตาม Environment ของลูกค้า
• สามารถทำงาน On-site ที่ Client Site – Rama III และ Support Planned Change / On-call ตามความจำเป็นได้
