What they need
- วางแผน คิดคอนเทนต์ และจัดรายการ Live ขายสินค้า อย่างสม่ำเสมอบน Shopee Live / TikTok Live / Lazada Live
- แนะนำสินค้าใหม่ โปรโมชัน และ Collection ต่างๆ ให้โดดเด่นและน่าสนใจในไลฟ์
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าอย่างมั่นใจ เป็นมิตร และกระตุ้นยอดขายในระหว่างไลฟ์
- วิเคราะห์ผลการไลฟ์ (เช่น ยอดขาย ยอดวิว ยอดคนดูซ้ำ Conversion rate) เพื่อพัฒนาเนื้อหาและวิธีการนำเสนอ
- ประสานงานกับทีมคอนเทนต์ การตลาด และทีมแพลตฟอร์ม เพื่อให้ไลฟ์ออกมาอย่างมืออาชีพและตรงตามเป้าหมาย
- เตรียมสินค้าและวางแผนลำดับการนำเสนอให้สอดคล้องกับ Campaign ต่างๆ เช่น 9.9, 10.10 หรือ End of Season Sale
- ช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนงานต่างๆในทีม digital
