ตำแหน่งนี้ เน้น Livestream เป็นหน้าที่หลัก ประมาณ 80 ชั่วโมงต่อเดือน และสร้าง Short-form Content เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มการเข้าถึงสินค้าและสร้างยอดขายผ่าน Social Commerce
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Livestream — หน้าที่หลัก
- Livestream เพื่อแนะนำและขายผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริมของ BefitBalance โดยเน้นช่องทาง TikTok Live
- Live ประมาณ 80 ชั่วโมงต่อเดือน ตามตารางที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- นำเสนอสินค้า Benefits, Key Selling Points, วิธีรับประทาน และ Promotion ให้เข้าใจง่ายและน่าสนใจ
- พูดคุยและสร้าง Engagement กับผู้ชม พร้อมตอบคำถามระหว่าง Live
- กระตุ้น Product Click, Add to Cart และ Conversion เพื่อสร้างยอดขาย
- เรียนรู้และเข้าใจ Product Knowledge ของ BefitBalance เพื่อสามารถนำเสนอสินค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- ปรับวิธีการพูด การขาย และการนำเสนอจาก Performance ของแต่ละ Live
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Live และ Marketing เพื่อพัฒนา Script, Selling Technique, Promotion และ Performance อย่างต่อเนื่อง
📱 Content Creation
- คิดและสร้าง Short-form Video Content สำหรับ TikTok และ Social Media
- สร้างคลิปที่สามารถ ปักตะกร้าสินค้า / Shoppable Video เพื่อช่วยสร้างยอดขาย
- เป็น Talent และออกกล้องใน Content ด้วยตัวเอง
- คิด Content Idea จาก Product, Campaign และ Social Media Trends
- สามารถถ่ายและตัดต่อ Short-form Content เบื้องต้นได้ด้วยตัวเอง
- ดูแลการโพสต์ Content ในช่องที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ทดลอง Hook, Content Format และ Selling Angle ใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนา Performance
- ติดตาม TikTok Trends และสามารถนำมาปรับใช้กับสินค้าและแบรนด์ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
Performance
- ติดตาม Performance ของ Live และ Content เช่น GMV, Conversion, Viewers, Engagement, Video Views และ Product Clicks
- วิเคราะห์ผลงานของตัวเองและนำมาพัฒนา Live และ Content ให้ดีขึ้น
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Marketing / Content / Live ในช่วง Campaign, Promotion และ Product Launch
