What they need
1.ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Sale (ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ) เกี่ยวกับ Purchase Order (PO)
2.การคำนวณปริมาณสินค้าในตู้คอนเทนเนอร์เพื่อส่งออก (ทั้งแบบพาเลทและแบบ On floor)
3.ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Forwarders เพื่อทำการจองตู้ Container และรถขนส่งให้ครบตามแผนการส่งมอบ
4.จัดทำเอกสารส่งออก ( Invocie, Packing list, Con code list)
5.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่ใช้ประกอบในการจัดส่งสินค้าทั้งหมด ( ใบขนสินค้าขาออก, BL, COO, COA, HC )
6.ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในบริษัท " (ตรวจสอบสินค้าก่อนโหลด, เพื่อทำการขออนุญาติส่งออก, )
7.งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย จากหัวหน้างาน
